I haven't made chocolate mousse in a long time! Learning to whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form! Also, trying not to whip for a long period of time! 😞! I didn't do too bad!😁! All though, the cupcakes tasted so light, airy, moist, chocolatey and Delicious!😋😋😋!
